Clawing my way back
Mar. 26th, 2005 12:59 amFound a good job online today. Have written up my application and adjusted my resume. Will do some editing tomorrow, then post it off.
Well, here I am all by my lonesome tonight - well, this morning, that is. If I wanted to go clubbing now, I probably could, as they were all allowed to reopen at midnight. However, clubbing is for people who don't have to count every dollar they spend for the next few weeks.
Sometimes people say things that make you see things from the outside, and it makes you realise that your perspective isn't the only one there is.
I need to get out and do more SCA stuff. Bumped into Marcellus while hanging around at Swancon yesterday and was offered what sounds like just the opportunity I need - a possible performance in September - which should be good if I grasp it by the horns and see it through this time. My social circle seems to be becoming uncomfortably narrow at present. I need to fix this.
