The disturbed ramblings of a mind not at peace

My doggy likes his fish. Gave him half a tin of salmon today and lo! - it was inhaled and was gone. This is a good thing. Oily fish will be good for his joints and his zinc levels (which when low, apparently, can cause flaky skin and itching).

Spent all morning in bed, alternately awake and in the midst of unsettling dreams. No need for complex explanations here - my state of mind at present is such that I expect all my worst fears to put in appearances in my dreams over the next month or so.

Really don't want to go to work tonight. When I got this job, it seemed like a bit of a score, but to be honest, I am beginning to hate it. Tonight I am handing in my notice. Best done now, before I start smashing plates - deliberately.
