withdrawal
Oct. 6th, 2005 06:02 pmDay Three.
My wallet is weeping in gratitude.
My body is going, "dude, that is NOT cool! *twitch* Bring back the drugs, man!"
My mind is going, "Wow, so this is what it's like to think without the fog..."
And while I'm thinking, here's something that I wasn't planning to do, but will anyway, mostly because everyone else is, but also because I can appreciate how difficult it is to think of affordable present ideas.
So, for those of you intending to shop for me, here are a few things you could consider:
* Make a donation to Red Cross - it will make the people I work with very happy
* Vintage food porn (think Robert Carrier era - second-hand bookshops are good for such things)
* A fondue set - for use at future parties
* The latest Robin Hobb
* a scratchie - only winning ones are acceptable!
Beyond that, you're on your own.
