Profundities

How does anyone really know what they want in life?
I emerged from my so-called formative years very indifferently formed. But at least I knew what I wanted to do with my life, or thought I did.
And then experience, it did poke its long and sometimes ugly nose into my affairs, and introduced many variables.
Now, at last, I think I am beginning to get back to a clear picture of what I want. It is amazing how a time of crisis - on both a personal and a global scale - can help to sort out the good from the dross.
And to those out there who are at a crossroads (you know who you are) remember that any experience, no matter how upsetting or life-changing, can be turned to your advantage. Take the beast by the horns and bend it to your will
