..on a sea of melancholy and sadness that constantly threatens to swallow me up.

My life raft at present is the play, which I am hoping will turn out okay, given that at present, a week from the performance, we have not yet had the entire cast present at a rehearsal.

Yet I know, from intuition and from past experience, that somehow it will be okay.

How will it?

I don't know. It's a mystery.

Also a mystery is how I will keep my head above the mire when my life raft is gone...
