dormant_dragonI don't know how we did it, but in the end it all came together. And we saw what we had made, and indeed, it was good.
It was not a flawless performance - but I had never expected it to be so. Part of the joy of amateur theatre, after all, is that you know you're not seasoned professionals, but a bunch of people doing what you're doing for love and for fun.
And what it lacked in perfection was more than made up for with passion and energy - everyone's performance was elevated that extra notch on the night, and we basked in the magic of performing.
No drug can equal the buzz.
